Carlos Amaya
Division Manager – JOBS
Carlos began his career with JOBS in December 1974 as a window cleaner and soon became a crew leader. He has worked his way up the ladder and in 1979 earned the position of Director of Operations for JOBS.
As Division Manager, Carlos completely oversees the crews that perform the window cleaning, from scheduling to completion. To ensure quality work on a timely basis, he moves from verifying proper rigging at the buildings to checking on workers or meeting with building management to answer questions. Carlos also conducts safety training meetings with the crews on equipment and procedures. He is married and has three children.
